The Lagos State Mortgage Board ( LagosHoms), has warned interested persons intending to own property at the Lateef Jakande, Igando estates should approach the agency directly.
The agency said it has not engaged any vendor or third party agent in the exercise, and has therefore completely dissociated herself from any and ALL Property agents engaged in the sale of ‘ LagosHoms’ housing units.
“For the avoidance of doubt Lagos HOMS is not in collaboration with any property agents and in particular ‘Absorlant Properties’.
“The Board deals directly with interested parties. Please note that prices for the homes in Lateef Jakande Estate, Igando remain as approved by Mr Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and advertised on our website: www.lagoshoms.gov.ng and listed as follows, 3 BEDROOMS….N10M NOT 15M, 2 BEDROOMS….N7.5M NOT 10M
1 BEDROOM……..N5M NOT 8M.”
