Chairman, SIFAX Group, Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, has said that creating exceptional customer experience by businesses is the only way they can enjoy trust and loyalty from their customers.

Speaking at the celebration of this year’s Customer Service Week at the company’s headquarters in Lagos, Afolabi noted that this value has been one of the reasons for the success recorded by SIFAX Group subsidiaries across different sectors.

“To our valued customers, as we celebrate customer service week, I would like to sincerely thank you our clients, for the trust and confidence that you have continued to place in us. Your patronage and partnerships inspire us to continually raise the standard of service we provide. At SIFAX Group, we believe that exceptional service is not just about meeting expectations but about creating experiences built on trust, responsiveness and lasting relationships.”

“On behalf of the board and management, I wish to express our deepest appreciation to you, our esteemed customers and members of staff for being an important part of our journey. Happy Customer Service Week, we are always happy going the extra mile for you.”

Wunmi Eniola-Jegede, Group Coordinating Director, who was represented by Oliver Omajuwa, Director, Operations and Strategy, commended the staff who, according to her, have been instrumental in executing the vision of the company’s businesses as well as building relationship with customers through excellent service delivery

“To us at SIFAX Group, every day is a Customer Service Day because the customers are the lifeblood of our company. We have positioned ourselves to respond, service and exceed the expectations of our customers every day. This is to appreciate them for their continuous patronage and support, while we also acknowledge the role of our staff who are critical in delivering service to our customers.”

The week-long celebration was observed across the company’s subsidiaries, featuring health talks, medical checks, town hall, wellness and fitness sessions, customers visits, and games, among others. The week was observed with different dress code including traditional attire, old school, corporate wears, sport gears, etc.

The Customer Service Week is celebrated annually to highlight the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers.
