Technology Distributors Limited, one of Schneider Electric’s major partners has given out mouth-watering discounts to mark her 18th anniversary in a promotion called “seller-bration”.

The strictly online event which held for 18 hours, from 6am – 12pm on May 15th, ensured that customers got real value for their money while putting money back in their pockets.

Speaking to our correspondent, the CEO, Technology Distributions, Mrs Chioma Ekeh said “Technology Distributors is 18 and like any other 18 year old, this anniversary marks the dawn of a new age. Our 18th anniversary crystallises into a year in which we have taken decision to break into new grounds.

For all the land mark strides, serial achievements and recognitions which we have received in the past 17 years, nothing drives us more than the desire to a chart a new course; to explore unchartered territories, to set a new agenda and offer our esteemed customers a more rewarding experience of an 18-year old Technology Distributions Limited”

Commenting on the anniversary of their partner, Technology Distributors, the Channel Manager, IT Business, Schneider Electric said he was delighted by the tenacity and commitment to delivering high quality services to its customers “TD has been our partners for over 10 years. We are in business today because of our distributors and we are happy that a partner such as TD is helping us in keeping our promises of constantly innovating safe, efficient and reliable products that will meet the needs of our ever growing customers. They bank on us for quality products and with partners like TD, we are happy to deliver,” he said.

Technology Distributions Limited (TD) commenced business in May 1999 as the pioneer ICT distributor in West Africa and currently represents brands such as HP, Microsoft, APC by Schneider Electric, Samsung and IBM amongst many others. As the first manufacturer-accredited local distributor for the sub-region, the company, with the support of the OEMs, successfully confronted the myriad challenges posed by the hitherto unstructured market. Among the first measures was the formulation of a clear policy on the channel of distribution that led to the adoption of the prevailing four-tier market structure comprising Manufacturer (OEM), Distributor, Reseller and End-User.

This development, coupled with TD’s high stocking capability, brought relief to all stakeholders by ending decades of problematic reliance on foreign distributors with no local value add.
