The Nigerian University Pension Management Company Limited (NUPEMCO), has said that it has complied with all Legal and Regulatory filings with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
The Company’s reaction is coming on the heels of the recent release of delisted Companies by the CAC in fulfillment of its mandate under Section 692 (4) of the Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020, among which is the Nigerian Universities Pensions Management Coy. Ltd.
“The Nigerian University Pension Management Company Limited (NUPEMCO) wishes to inform its Customers, Stakeholders and the General Public as follows:
“The delisted Company is not a part or affiliate of NUPEMCO. The delisted Company is Nigerian Universities Pensions Management Company with RC Number: 169417 While our Company name is Nigerian University Pension Management Company with RC Number 1094684
NUPEMCO has complied with all Legal and Regulatory filings.
“The Company is currently a going concern and is under no threat of liquidation or any other form of winding up.
NUPEMCO is committed to delivering value to its customers and the University Community at large.” it said in a statement.
