The former Chairman of the new Peoples Democratic Party and one of the arrowheads of the Reformed All Progressives Congress (APC), Alhaji Abubakar Kawu Baraje, has vowed that members of the party and the supporters of the President of the Senate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki, will dump the All Progressives Congress with or without Saraki.
Baraje said this on Sunday during an interview with newsmen in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital.
He described the juicy appointments being offered them by the Presidency as an embarrassment, adding that the desperation of the APC to woo Saraki and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. hon. Yakubu Dogara, and other aggrieved members of the the party was a surprise.
He said this was because it was coming three years after President Muhammadu Buhari has watched the crisis linger.
Baraje said: “The followers of the Senate President, particularly from Kwara State, and across the country have already resolved to leave the APC with or without Saraki.
