81 Div Of Nigerian Army Ends Operations Planning Cadre 2019

The 81 Division Nigerian Army has formally declared its 4-day Operations Planning Cadre 2019 close at Outer Marina, Victoria Island, Lagos.
 
The Special Guest of Honour, Air Vice Marshal AS Liman announced this while addressing participants at the forum which was earlier inaugurated on Monday by the General Officer Commanding, 81 Division Major General MS Yusuf, who was represented by the Commander, 35 Artillery Brigade, Brig Gen OO Olatunde.
 
The 4-day Cadre enabled interagency involvement in Military Operations Other Than War with the theme, “Sustaining Capacity Building as Key to Successful Conduct of MOOTW”. The Cadre was also aimed at availing the participants the necessary capabilities and competences that they require to successfully plan future operations while providing the opportunity to promote synergy and cooperation with sister services. 
 
Other security agencies that attended the Cadre were Personnels of Nigeria Customs Services, Nigeria Immigration Services, Nigeria Prison Service, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps among other.
 
The Cadre featured topical topics which includes; Tactical Estimate Planning Process, Military Decision Making Process, Inter- agency Cooperation in MOOTW, Legal Obligations and Human Right in the Conduct of CT-COIN, Intelligence Gathering as a Tool to Successful Conduct of Military Operations, Logistics Planning, Social Media Influence and its Effect on Military Operations among others.
 
Highlights of the occasions were presentation of Certificates to participants, presentation of plaques, a group photograph and wash up which gave the participants the avenue to make observations, contributions and recommendations for the just concluded  in order to help in the preparation for other subsequent once.
