Air Peace Begins Scheduled Flight To Yola

Air Peace airline has launched its scheduled flight operations to  Yola, Adamawa State, North East Nigeria.

Speaking during a brief ceremony at  the Yola Airport to commemorate the inaugural flight of the airline into the city, Chairman/ Chief Executive Officer/ Air Peace Limited, Mr. Allen Onyema said the airline is in the capital city of Adamawa Kingdom to offer nothing but the best travel experience to the people.

Onyema who was represented at the occasion by the Corporate Communication Manager of the airline, Mr. Chris Iwarah, promised that the airline will not lower its high standard for the quality service delivery it is known for.

“We promise not to lower the high standards we have been known for since we started operations,” he promised.

Speaking on the launch of the Lagos- Abuja – Yola and Abuja-Yola- Abuja with commencement of its scheduled flight operations to the airport, the Air Peace boss said, “As has been the experience wherever we have launched our operations, today signifies the end of needless delays and cancellations on Yola route”.

He said with the experience the airline would gain on its operations  to Kano and Yola routes would positively impact on its plans to expand into other cities in the northern part of the country in the future.

“The launch of our Lagos – Yola – Lagos and Abuja-Yola-Abuja services just days after the inauguration of our Lagos Kano Lagos and Kano Abuja Kano routes opens a new chapter in our spectacular flight operations. We are quite hopeful that our great experience here with positively impact our plan to expand into other cities in the north of Nigeria and some other grossly underserved areas of the country in the days and months ahead,” he said.

Iwara also told the gathering that the airline would not stop at nothing to ensure that quality air service is delivered to the people on the route.

In his response at the occasion, the Airport Manager, Yola Airport, Mr. Sheik Adamu  who represented the Managing Director of Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Engr. Saleh Dunoma pleaded with management of  Air Peace not to renege on its promise to giving a new travel experience to air travelers in the area recalled that the major problem air travelers encounter most in the area delayed and cancelled flights.

“We are happy to receive Air Peace in Yola and we are assuring you that we would do everything to make your operations to this airport memorable. My pains had been that many air travelers using this airport have suffered flight delays and cancellations in the past. Now that you people have come here, we want you to keep to your promise and give passengers new travel experience,

Also in his goodwill message at the occasion, the manager of Butus Travel and Tours, Hamman Abdullahi said the coming of Air Peace to Yola would definitely alleviate the suffering of air travelers in the region.
