Anambra FRSC Frowns At Driving Habit In The State

The Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, in Anambra State, has warned drivers to observe Road Safety regulations to be able to significantly reduce road mishaps.

Pascal Anigbo, spokesman man of the Command who made the call also reported a serious road traffic crash caused by wrongful U-turn and involving three vehicles, a Toyota Corolla with enlistment number NSH457FM, a Toyota Camry with registration number AJL670TS and a Nissan Previa with registration number AGK258FX  at about 11.30pm yesterday Thursday 13 August, 2020.

Anigbo said the incident was reported at FRSC Umunze Unit Command, on Friday 14 August, 2020.

According to him, a total of four people (2 male adults and 2 female adults) were involved in the crash. Two victims were reportedly injured but no death recorded.

The vehicles have been towed to Umunze Police Station and case under investigation by the Police.

The Sector Commander Federal Road Safety Corps Anambra State, CC Andrew A. Kumapayi, admonished drivers to be observant of available road signs and markings, they should obey them and shun every act of dangerous driving, which can only lead to avoidable road traffic crashes.
