The Anambra state police command is recruiting Special Constabulary as approved by the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar.
In a statement signed by the state Police Public Relation’s Officers, SP Haruna Mohammed, the exercise which started on ninth of this month, will last for two weeks from the date of commencement.
It therefore invites interested candidates to report at the nearest Police Divisional Headquarters in their areas of jurisdiction within the state.
According to the release, interested candidates must be between the ages of twenty-one to forty-nine years, be a resident of the locality where the exercise is scheduled to hold, must be physically fit and willing to serve his or her father land.
Other requirements include possession of sound mind and without any criminal record.
Candidates for the exercise were also expected to obtain the engagement forms at the venues of the exercise and are required to conduct themselves in a peaceful manner throughout the period of the exercise which takes place daily by eight o’clock in the morning.
