The Police operatives attached to the Command Special Anti robbery Squad (SARS) in conjunction with the recently launched operations Kpochakpu by the Governor of Anambra State Chief Willie Obiano arrested four suspects at Ozubulu.
Those arrested include, Collins Okpala ‘m’ aged 25 years, Nwachukwu Chimanya ‘m’ aged 20years, Kenechukwu Anyasi ‘m’ aged 23 years and Pascal Ogbuagu ‘m’ aged 22 years.
The suspected abducted a girl of about 21years old (Name withheld) robbed her of her belongings and equally gang raped her severally.
Furthermore, the suspects made a pornographic video clip of the rape incident and used the video to blackmail the victim to the tune of one million naira.(#1,000,000)
The suspects have confessed to the crime while the said video clip was also recovered from their phones and registered as exhibit.They will soon be charged to court for prosecution as soon as investigation is concluded, the Police said.
