Anambra Students Happy With Stella Odua For Sponsoring Competition

The Association of Anambra State Students’ of Nigeria and in Diaspora has commended the Senator representing Anambra North Senatorial District, Sen. (Princess) Stella Adaeze Oduah OON (OMU), for sponsoring the novel Wendy Linda Essay Writing Competition.

In an interview, Chwukuka Igwe, the President of the association and of behalf of his counterpart, the President of National Association of Anambra Law Students (NAALS) made this known.

Igwe affirmed that the competition which took place in July was of two categories; one for Anambra indigenes and the other for non-indegenes. The topic for the former was “Grassroot Politics and the Ignorance of the People to Government: Are the People of Anambra Politically Conscious?”, while the later was “The Impact of Socio-Cultural Value on Igbo Society”.

“The winners of the competition are; Ucheakonam Chijoke Joshua (1st), Chigozie Precious Nneka (2nd) and Amobi Alvina (3rd) for the first category while Edeh Obianuju Jacintha (1st), Nwaumere Desmond Onyeama (2nd) and Ezeigbo Chioma (3rd) won the second category. The winners have been awarded with cash prizes and are currently undergoing free training with Leanaholic Academy Africa”.

“I also want to appreciate other esteemed supporters of the project, Indus Mega Farm and Engineer Jonathan Udemba”,  he added.
