As 1800 power professionals gather in Lagos from tomorrow (Tuesday) at the West African Power Industry Convention and Awards to recognise top power people and projects the celebrated CEO of Seplat Petroleum Development Company, Mr Austin Avuru, and Andela co-founder Iyinoluwa Aboyeji are just some of the exciting, high-level experts and industry stalwarts who will address the opening session of the 12th edition of the WAPIC.

The event holds at the Eko Hotel & Suites in Lagos on Tuesday 24 November.

Some 1800 power professionals are expected at the conference and expo which will once again gather government, utilities, consultants and investors to discuss the challenges of local markets, capacity building and investment. Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Power has endorsed the event.
