ConocoPhillips Declares Dividend of $0.7400.

ConocoPhillips had declared a cash dividend of $0.7400 on Oct 9. The shares will quote ex-dividend on Oct 15, 2015 and the record date has been fixed on Oct 19, 2015.

At Oct 9, 2015 share price, the yield comes out to be 5.2594 percent. The dividend payable date has been fixed on Dec 1, 2015.

Currently the company Insiders own 0.02 percent of ConocoPhillips Company shares. In the past six months, there is a change of 3.35 percent in the total insider ownership.

Institutional Investors own 66 percent of Company shares. During last 3 month period, -0.75 percent of total institutional ownership has changed in the company shares.

The company shares have dropped 31.54 percent in the past 52 Weeks. On October 6, 2014 The shares registered one year high of $75.74 and one year low was seen on August 24, 2015 at $41.1.

The 50-day moving average is $47.63 and the 200 day moving average is recorded at $58.27. S&P 500 has rallied 0.84% during the last 52-weeks.

Analysts have set the short term price target of ConocoPhillips at $61.67.

The standard deviation of short term price target has been estimated at $9.29, implying that the actual price may fluctuate by this value. The higher and the lower price estimates are $ 74 and $47 respectively.

ConocoPhillips rose 3.5 percent or 1.79 points at the beginning of the week and made its way into the gainers of the day.

After trading began at $51.94 the stock was seen hitting $53.125 as a peak level and $51.51 as the lowest level.

The stock ended up at $52.98. The daily volume was measured at 12,806,592 shares. The 52-week high of the share price is $75.74 and the 52-week low is $41.1.

The company has a market cap of $65,349 million.

ConocoPhillips is an independent exploration and production (E&P) company, based on proved reserves and production of liquids and natural gas.

The Company explores for, produces, transports and markets crude oil, bitumen, natural gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and natural gas liquids on a worldwide basis.

As of December 31, 2013, its continuing operations were producing in the United States, Norway, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Timor-Leste, Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Qatar, Libya and Russia.

The Company manages its operations through six operating segments, which include Alaska, Lower 48 and Latin America, Canada, Europe, Asia Pacific and Middle East, and Other International.

In July 2014, it completed the transaction with Oando Energy Resources (OER), a subsidiary of Oando PLC, for the sale of its Nigeria upstream business. In July 2014, Oando Energy Resources Inc acquired the Nigerian Upstream Oil and Gas Business of ConocoPhillips.
