Court Didn’t Reaffirm Jude Okeke As APGA National Chairman, Nor Chukwuma As Candidate In Anambra Guber Elections

A twist in the contentious claims on the authentic national chairmanship of APGA, is coming with political analysts saying that contrary to the above claim  trending in the prints and electronic media that High Court Owerri reaffirmed Jude Okeke as the APGA National Chairman and Chukwuma Umeoji as the gubernatorial candidate for APGA come November 6,is a big lie from the pit of hell.

According to political watchers, what Chief Dr Vitor Oye sought for was for the High Court of Owerri  to grant him leave to appeal the judgement of Hon. Justice Iheaka  delivered on the 28th day of July 2021.

This leave was granted in a ruling delivered on the 19th day of August 2021 by Hon Justice Osiguzo, who stated that Sir Victor Ike Oye had shown sufficient interest in the subject matter as required by law.

The Court did not reaffirm the candidacy of Umeoji or the chairmanship of Jude Okeke, because that was not the matter before the court. Whatever claims these traducers are laying  are absolute false but intended to cause confusion in the polity and should be disregarded by APGA members and faithfuls.
