A Federal High Court in Owerri has ordered a forfeiture of properties confiscated from late kidnapper, Collins Ezenwa popularly known as E-Money to the Federal Government.
Collins was killed in a gun battle with operatives of the Imo State Police Command, where he had gone to abduct a businessman in January 2018.
The billionaire kidnapper acquired many properties with the proceeds from kidnapping and robbery in the South-East and South-South states.
Thirteen buildings, 10 cars, 2 tippers, a trailer truck and 3 AK-47 assault rifles were recovered by operatives of the Inspector-General of Police Special Intelligence Response Team (IRT) from the notorious kidnapper.
The court ordered that any person who has property(ies) belonging to the late kidnapper in his or her possession should appear before it within the next 30 days, to show why such property should not be forfeited to the Federal Government.
