Barrister Samuel Nwakahu has been appointed as the substantive Registrar of the Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN).
Recall that the Council had recently through an online recruitment agency, ngcareer.com advertised the position vacant after the former Registrar, Mike Jukwe retired from the service.
About 900 applicants applied for the post but Barrister Nwakahu emerged the successful candidate after thorough scrutiny was carried out.
Dr. Alban Igwe Director, Training, CRFFN and Dr. Eugene Nweke, a former president of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) were among the 900 applicants vying for the Council’s topmost position.
The new Registrar had been unveiled to the staff in Lagos office of the agency as he was said to have visited the secretariat.
