Hyacinth Chinweuba
A young boy residing at Issele-Uku in Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State, Chinedu (surname withheld) has been apprehended by the vigilante group of Onicha-Ugbo while robbing with his gang members.
Luck ran out of the alleged armed robber who was in a gang of three, terrorising innocent citizens plying the lonely road from Onicha-Ugbo through St. Pius’s School road to Benin expressway as he was caught by the vigilante group upon being alerted of a robbery operation going on at that route.
The suspect, Chinedu was caught while the other two gang members whom he had mentioned to be from Igbodo and Ugbodu escaped.
The suspected robbers had masked like Fulani bandits along the road, dispossessing innocent commuters of their belongings at gun point.
Chinedu is an Igbo boy residing in Issele-Uku and serving under his auntie as a restaurant attendant.
