Engr Saleh Dunoma, is a seasoned and astute administrator with diverse experience, whose humility and managerial skills have endeared him to many as a silent achiever and beacon of hope for his colleagues, friends and staff.

An alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a certified Civil Engineer, he had a brief stint in the public and private sectors, respectively before joining the Civil Engineering Department of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria then known as Nigerian Airports Authority (NAA) in 1980.

Engr. Dunoma, has served the Authority in various sensitive capacities, including Acting Airport Manager for both Kaduna Airport and Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport at different times. In 2000, he was appointed the substantive Airport Manager, Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja, a position he held until he was reassigned in 2005 to the newly created Directorate of Aviation Security and Safety as the General Manager (Technology & Capacity Building).

He also supervised the construction of five new international airports in Lagos, Kano, Abuja, Enugu  and Port Harcourt under a Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Nigeria and China.

He is a certified member of Council of Regulation of Engineers (COREN), Nigeria Institute of Builders and also a fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Administration, Institute of Business Development, Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management and Nigeria Society of Engineers.
