The Kogi State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Hon. Kingsley Fanwo has described the Chairman of Yagba West Local Government Area who doubles as the Kogi State ALGON Chairman as a “dependable ally and a strong bridge builder”.
In a birthday message personally signed by the Commissioner, he said Hon. Tosin Olokun is “a grassroots development enthusiast with an unbending commitment to the welfare of his people”.
“It is not a surprise that your people are always with you. You have paid your dues as a grassroots development enthusiast and someone who has contributed his quota to the socio-economic development of Yagba West Local Government Area.
“As the ALGON Chairman, you are the unifying bond towards ensuring people across the 21 Local Government Areas reap the benefits of governance, a role which you have played so well.
“You are a dependable ally, a great personality who has up-skilled himself in the art of leadership and bringing people together for a common purpose”, he said.
Fanwo said Olokun’s birthday is an opportunity for all men and women of goodwill to appreciate his giant strides in “leadership, unity and welfarism”, urging him to maintain his track record of service to humanity.
