FBN Holdings, UBA, Zenith Bank, GTB, Other To Convene Board Meeting In Jan.

Leading financial institutions along with other public quoted firms have issued notices of their board meetings to be held in January 2021 for the consideration of the financial results for the full year ended December 31, 2020.

Among the companies that had issued the notice of their board meeting at the Nigerian Stock Exchange are FBN Holdings Plc what will hold its own on January 28; UBA on Tuesday, January 26;  Zenith Bank on January 28; and GTB on January 27.

Similarly, NASCON Allied Industries Plc said it will hold its own on January 28; Okomu Oil Palm Company Plc on 25th January; NPF Microfinace Bank Plc on January 26 and Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) on January 27 and 28, 2021

Meanwhile, Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc has said that its emergency board meeting on Thursday 7th January 2021 which was adjourned will hold on 15ht January 2021 to conclude on the proposal to raise the company’s equity.
