The federal government has relieved about 10 directors of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) of their appointment as what is considered to be a restructuring exercise.
Oriental News Nigeria confirms that the directors with the exception of the Director General of the agency, Capt Usman Muhtar are affected in the exercise.
A reliable source in the agency told our correspondent that the exercise is to reposition the regulatory agency for efficiency.
The sack of the director is coming barely two months after a similar exercise happened at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN)
