The net proceeds from the CP issuances, sponsored by United Capital PLC (Lead Sponsor), AIICO Capital Limited, Anchoria Advisory Services Limited, CFG Maynard Limited, Comercio Partners Capital Limited, Cordros Advisory Services Limited, Coronation Merchant Bank Limited, FCMB Capital Markets Limited, Investment One Financial Services Limited, Quantum Zenith Capital & Investments Limited, and Regius Capital Limited (Co-Sponsors), all Registration Members (Quotations) of the Exchange, will be deployed to support the Issuer’s funding requirements and strategic initiatives, further strengthening its capacity to deliver technology-driven solutions and contribute to the continued growth of Nigeria’s digital economy.

Commenting on the CP quotation, Ms. Tumi Sekoni, Group Chief Operating Officer, FMDQ Group PLC, said: “The successful quotation of CapitalSage Technology Limited’s Commercial Papers on FMDQ Exchange demonstrates the continued relevance of the Nigerian debt capital market as a channel for businesses to access short-term funding.
