The coast is now clear for Senator Ahmad Lawan following the decision by Senator
Danjuma Goje(APC-Gombe Central) on to withdraw from the race for Senate Presidency.
Goje has therefore endorsed the candidacy of Senator Lawan(APC Yobe North), for the election of Senate Presidency which is expected to hold on June 11.
Goje and Lawan spoke with State House correspondents after a closed door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari alongside Gov. Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
