Jide Sanwoolu, former commissioner in Lagos state has joined the governorship race in Lagos on the platform of the All Progressives Congress.
He reportedly picked up his form on Monday, shortly after the incumbent governor, Akinwunmi Ambode picked up his at the APC headquarters in Abuja.
Over 50 council chairmen loyal to APC National leader, Bola Tinubu, have met and already pledged their support for Sanwoolu, who is believed to be Tinubu’s preferred choice.
