LBS Conducts Sales Boot Camp Programme (SBCP) For NNPC Retail Limited

Lagos Business School recently partnered with NNPC Retail Limited to conduct a Sales Boot Camp Programme (SBCP) as an investment in their Retail Sales Representatives, preparing them for enhanced responsibilities.

The programme ran in November 2017.

NNPC Retail Limited’s (NRL) vision is to become the leader of choice in the downstream and energy sector, driven by customer satisfaction and operational excellence and to achieve this vision; the company is investing in its greatest assets – its people.

According to the Managing Director of NNPC Retail Limited; Mr Tunji Adeyemi, “the choice of LBS as a human resource development partner was natural; it is the Harvard of West Africa, the technical content is excellent and the soft skills required are not neglected. I am an alumnus and have experienced the brand; hence I knew that value would be delivered. I have already started receiving feedback from participants, Adeyemi concluded.

Academic Director of the Programme, Dr Ogechi Adeola, stated that it was designed to introduce participants to selling strategies that will enable them emerge as winners in this dynamic economy.

Participants at the programme were pleased with the knowledge obtained from the facilitators. Atarase Makinde, a Sales Representative said “It’s been great learning in the ambiance of this revered citadel. Every moment expended has been worthwhile. Well done LBS. I left being a better salesperson.”

Owen Nsikak, a Sales Representative stated thus “The programme consists of relevant information for equipping sales and marketing executives with practical, real-life experiences. Facilitators’ presentations were articulate, and teaching aids used helped easy assimilation of all information. It is highly recommendable for all sales representatives”.

Kehinde Atobatele, a Sales Representative, said “The programme exceeded my expectation in the area of sales and marketing. The knowledge obtained from the highly experienced and seasoned faculty members will have a positive impact on my duties. It is highly recommendable.”

According to Adesanya Toluwase, “I enjoyed the programme and had some wonderful facilitators that made me realize there can be possibilities in the midst of impossibilities. Ogechi Adeola is wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. Chidi Okoro is the man of the hour. The best man Uchenna Uzo is fantastic. A beautiful programme all through.”
