Darren Moore has claimed the manager of the month award for April after an unbeaten start as West Brom boss has given the Baggies a chance of Premier League survival.
And the caretaker Baggies boss has celebrated the occasion by posing for an extraordinary picture in front of 118 members of staff, from the players, through to the backroom team and even the receptionists.
The former defender was placed in temporary charge after the sacking of Alan Pardew and claimed eight points from his first four games in charge.
He engineered a win over Manchester United at Old Trafford, rescued a point after being 2-0 down at home to Liverpool and won 1-0 away at Newcastle.
Moore also becomes the second black manager to lift the award, following on from Chris Hughton, who claimed the February award earlier this year.
