The Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC), has expressed its deep commitment towards boosting Nigeria’s Non-Oil exportable products.
The Agency, said it is working in tandem with stakeholders any forging reliable partnerships to improve the country export market.
The NEPC, established to promote the Export of non- oil products from Nigeria to Africa and the rest of the world at large, said it is keying into the present administration’s drive to boost the economy and also to strengthen the currency
The regional coordinator South West officers of the NEPC, Ganiyu Gbaolagade, who was represented by Mrs Florence Ofonedu-okafor
in his remarks at the occasion of “The Implications of the Africas Continental Free Trade Area (AFCFTA), For Final Validation of The Market Access Guide And E-Commerce” in Lagos on Thursday, hinted that the market world has changed systematically and has given more preference to products that can be reached through all the new digital market and e- commerce platforms, those who are using this new platform, are gradually edging out those who are not from the global market.
“We are equally offering training on all business through zero to Export, export clinics, good Agriculture practice (Gap).we are determined to ensure that the message is passed across and that value addition is critical to our non- oil Export strategy in Nigeria.” said the Coordinator.
Gbaolagade, spoke passionately about the program, Advance final validation stage of Market Access guide and e- commerce platform for the promotion of non- oil exportable products and services through digital market access guide and e- commerce platforms, and urged participants to provide necessary tools and resources to sustain and enhance access to market development.
