The Sector Commander Federal Road Safety Corps Anambra State, *CC Andrew A. Kumapayi, yesterday Wednesday 29 July, 2020 received in audience the newly posted Comptroller, Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Anambra State Command, CIS AD Eche in his office in Awka.
Eche, said the visit was a continuation of his familiarization visits to Sister Agencies in the State and to seek for continual effective and efficient working relationship with the Federal Road Safety Corps, Anambra State.
He assured the Sector Commander of his total commitment to contribute to the Security of lives and properties in the State, as well as render seamless services in the areas of Passport production, ECOWAS Travel Certificates, etc.
The Sector Commander Andrew A. Kumapayi, in his response welcomed the newly posted Comptroller, Nigeria Immigration Service, to Anambra State.
He appreciated the Comptroller for the visit assuring him that FRSC will improve on the existing cordial working relationship between the both Agencies in the State and also promised to support the NIS during any of their programmes.
The visit ended with both Commanding Officers agreeing to institute Inter-Agency Capacity Building Training for Staff of both agencies, to improve service delivery in the State.
