The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has announced commencement of the 2025 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey for active contributors and retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS).
The survey, which began on 3 November 2025, will run until 17 December 2025. It is designed to assess customer satisfaction, brand awareness, and pension literacy among Retirement Savings Account (RSA) holders and retirees under the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS).
PenCom encourages all active contributors and retirees to kindly complete the survey.
