The Permanent Secretary, Special Duties Office (SDO) of the Office of Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. William Alo has charged his senior staff to be dedicated and maintain integrity their official activities in line with change mantra of the present government.

He gave the charge during capacity building training for the senior staff of the SDO held in Mararaba , Nasarawa state.

Mr. Alo said that integrity is the hallmark of a civil servant and there is the need for SDO staff to imbibe integrity and transparency in their various offices adding that the capacity building training would enhance the work in the office as well make a contribution to the national productivity.

According to him “what you do when nobody sees you and your ability to resist what is bad will enhance professionalism and transparency in public sector. I have no doubt that the capacity training will promote efficient and effective service delivery to the public”.

He pointed out that the change of the present administration situation starts from the individual and resolve of every civil servant to contribute to the development of the country through dedication to service, integrity, transparency and effective service delivery to Nigerians.
