Hyacinth Chinweuba
A bullion van belonging to Bankers ware house with money belonging to many commercial banks in Lagos has been impounded again by Area commander Area “J “ ACP Gbolahan Olugbemi.
As at the time of the arrest and impoundment there was no security in the front of the bullion van nor at the back contrary to commissioner of Police lagos state Hakeem Odumosu Directive that every bullion van conveying money must have two escort vehicles- one in the front and one at the back with minimum of 4 mobile policemen in each escort vehicle.
