The Kaduna State Police Command, has commenced investigation into the death of Abdulkarim Bala Na’Allah.
Bala, who is the eldest son of Bala Ibn Na’Allah, a Senator from Kebbi State, was reportedly killed on Sunday, August 29, 2021 in his residence in Kaduna.
The Commissioner of Police (CP), in Kaduna, Mr Mudasiru Abdullahi, said full scale investigation into the alleged assassination of Na-Allah; who is believed to be a pilot has commenced.
Abdullahi gave the order late Sunday in Kaduna in a statement issued by the Commands Public Relations Officer; ASP Mohammed Jalige.
“I have directed that a full scale investigation be carried out; with a view to unraveling the identities of the culprits and bringing them to book,”
“The report has it that the assassins forcefully gained access into the residence of the pilot at Umar Gwandu Road; Malali, Kaduna during the night hours; choked him to dead in cold blood and made away with his Lexus SUV to an unknown destination,’’ the CP said.
He called on the public to assist with useful information that might assist in its investigation into the murder.
Also, a statement by Garba Mohammed, media assistant to the deceased’s father claimed that he was tied and strangled.
Mohammed said that the perpetrators gained entry into the deceased’s house by breaking the ceiling to carry out their dastardly act but a neighbour’s security guard, who noticed the gate to the deceased’s house wide open; raised the alarm, thus leading to to the discovery of his remains in his bedroom.
