Police Team Returns Woman’s Purse With N115,000

A team of Police officers have returned a purse that fell off from a motorbike from a woman passenger. 
The team from the Lagos Police RRS Officers while on patrol at LASU – Iba Road, in Lagos recovered the purse which fell from the bag of a motor bike passenger. 
The officer thereafter gradually followed the okada with the intention of catching up with the owner of the purse, but the okada rider mistook the trail for an attempt to arrest him. So, he sped off.
According to report, the woman while on bike, unknowingly dropped her purse, but the patrol team, on sighting the purse and realizing what had happened, picked it up and chased after the woman, signaling to her to halt the ride. 
The officer followed the rider to the destination of the lady before handing over the purse to her. The purse contained a sum of One Hundred and Fifteen Thousand Naira Only (N115,000) and a Tecno Phone, and this was confirmed by the owner before the team went back to their duties.
