In a remarkable demonstration of brand strength and national pride, Rite Foods Limited, Nigeria’s leading indigenous manufacturer of quality beverages and snacks, has risen five places upward from 27th position in 2024 to 22nd in the 2025 Top 50 Brands Nigeria ranking, the country’s most respected annual evaluation of corporate brand performance.

This recognition reinforces Rite Foods’ growing influence as a proudly Nigerian brand, standing tall among key players in the Food and Beverage sector. It also celebrates the enduring Nigerian spirit of resilience, innovation, and excellence, qualities that have defined the company’s journey since inception.

The Top 50 Brands Nigeria® ranking is part of a globally benchmarked brand perception and performance index. Its credibility is derived from a robust evaluation methodology and its non-commercial status, making it the most trusted and objective brand ranking institution in the country. While many brands are assessed annually, only the top fifty are classified into this elite group.

Rite Foods first entered the Top 50 list in 2021, and in just five years has climbed 28 steps on the ranking ladder, now proudly sitting at No. 22, a clear indicator of its sustained growth and consumer trust.

According to the 2025 Top 50 Brands Nigeria® Report, which evaluates brands using the Brand Strength Measurement (BSM) Index, Rite Foods’ steady rise reflects its outstanding consumer loyalty, product quality, digital engagement, innovation, and national reach. The Index measures brand popularity, public sentiment, category leadership, and corporate social responsibility areas where Rite Foods continues to demonstrate excellence.

Speaking on the achievement, Mr. Seleem Adegunwa, Managing Director of Rite Foods Limited, described the recognition as a validation of the company’s firm commitment to excellence and innovation.

“We are immensely proud to see Rite Foods recognised once again among the Top 50 brands powering Nigeria, and even more delighted to have moved up five places this year,” he said.

“This achievement reflects our team’s passion, our consumers’ loyalty, and the unyielding Nigerian spirit that drives us to keep raising the bar.”

He further noted that the company’s vision remains anchored on quality, innovation, and community impact, ensuring that every product from its Bigi range of carbonated soft drinks, Sosa Fruit Juice, and Fearless Energy Drink to its Rite, Bigi and Flex Sausage Rolls delivers not just satisfaction but also pride in Nigerian excellence.

Rite Foods continued rise places it among the top-performing Nigerian consumer brands. Beyond commercial success, Rite Foods has continued to strengthen its brand equity through impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes under its EYEC framework, which focuses on Education, Youth Empowerment, and Environmental stewardship and Community development. These initiatives have further deepened goodwill and trust, particularly through projects that promote creativity, education, and youth development.

Commenting on this year’s ranking, the organizers of Top 50 Brands Nigeria® stated that the 2025 edition celebrates brands that have “successfully met consumer expectations, stood firm in a competitive market, and consistently delivered on their promises.”

Rite Foods’ upward trajectory reaffirms its position as a symbol of Nigerian resilience; a brand built by Nigerians, for Nigerians, thriving through innovation, integrity, and consistency.
