The Securities & Exchange Commission, SEC, is inviting eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing consultancy services for the Institutional Capacity Development on Green Finance and Green Bonds for the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigerian Exchange Group and Capital Market Operators.
According to report by ESI Africa, Interested Consulting Firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc). Consulting Firms may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. Firms are required to provide evidence of incorporation in their respective home countries.
Eligibility criteria, the establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Framework of October 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website.
Expressions of interest must be delivered in hard and soft copies (soft copy on a flash drive) to the address below by Monday, January 23, 2023 at 12pm, and mention “Institutional Capacity Development on Green Finance and Green Bonds.”
The Expression of Interest shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12pm on Monday, 23 January 2023. Request for Proposals may follow after a responsive Expression of Interest is achieved.
