Seplat Notifies NSE Of Boards Nod To Q2 Financial Report

The Board of Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc (SPDC) has informed the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) that it has approved its second quarter 2018 financial results for the period ended June 30, 2018

According to a statement by the company Secretary, Dr. Mirian Kene Kachikwu, the company held its Board meeting on Thursday, July19, 2018 at its London office -United Kingdom (UK) to review and approve the second quarter results in line with Section 1.1 of the Rules relating to Board.

Meetings and General Meetings of issuers, as this is an obligation on the Issuer to notify the Exchange within twenty-four hours of the key decisions taken by the Board.

According to Kachikwu, the results were duly considered and approved by the Board of Directors and will be filed with the Exchange on July 30, 2018.

Meanwhile, Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc is a leading indigenous Nigerian oil and gas exploration and production company with a strategic focus on Nigeria, listed on the main board of the Nigerian Stock Exchange London Stock Exchange respectively.
