UNITYKAPITAL Assurance Renews Operations

The Managing Director/CEO of UnityKapital Assurance Mr. Olatunji Oluyemi has said that the processes, operations and systems of the company are currently being reviewed so as to deliver speedy and efficient services.

Oluyemi who spoke at the 2016 National Conference and Exhibition of The Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB),in Abuja, said: “We are actively re-examining our processes, operations and systems to ensure that we deliver speedy and efficient services while ensuring that we fulfil every promise contained in a UnityKapital Insurance Policy.”

To this end, Mr. Oluyemi stressed that UnityKapital Assurance Plc will maintain a good relationship with the insurance brokers.
According to him, The insurance industry in Nigeria cannot function properly without the brokers who represent a good chunk of the professionals in the industry.

He also promised the full support of the company to the brokers in cooperation and fellowship in order to deliver outstanding value to the insureds.

“We stretch out our hands to you today in cooperation and fellowship. Our aim is that, along with you our broker friends, we deliver outstanding value to our customer insureds. We invite you to partner with us as we go along in this journey. It promises to be a really exciting journey”, he added.

He disclosed that UnityKapital Assurance
Plc is in the middle of a major corporate repositioning towards making the company one of the leading underwriting companies in the country in the medium term.
