In it’s determination to rid the state of all forms of criminal elements, the Zamfara State Police Command under the leadership of CP Usman Nagogo has made another breakthrough as follows;
On 29th March, 2020 One Dangaladima Haidara reported at T/Mafara Police Station that, on 26th March, 2020, His Son Amir Dangaladima left house to go and pay Nepa bill at Nepa office Gusau. Since then, he was not seen, until on the 29th March 2020 at about 1330hours, when an unknown person called, claiming to have abducted the son and demanded the sum of Ten Million naira as ransom.
On the strength of the report, police swung into action, arrested Four (4) your men and the victim.
Preliminary investigation revealed that, the victim conspired with his friends to plan the act with a view to collecting the money from his parents.
The Commissioner of Police has directed Anti- Kidnapping Squad of the State CID to commence a discreet investigation of the matter with a view to unraveling the circumstance behind this act. He also advises Parents and guardians to monitor their children to ensure they don’t involve in some questionable activities.
