Zamfara State Police Command has killed one bandit, arrested two and recovered one AK 47 rifle at Mai Tagwaye village in Tsafe local government area of the state.
The state commissioner of police CP Usman Nagoggo made this known in Gusau while parading ten suspects whose committed various criminal offences across the state.
He said Bello Sani and Auwal Hassan were apprehended for committing criminal conspiracy, intimidation and an attempt to commit an act of terrorism.
Nagoggo further stated that, a notorious drug barron Mansur Mohammed who specializes in supply of hard drugs to bandits and other criminals was also arrested .
According to the police commissioner, items recovered from the suspect include fifty nine bottles of codeine syrup, 20 sachets of Rohypnol, two parcels of Indian hemp and sixty eight thousand naira cash.
The CP added that, the command had also arrested Sanusi Bala, Halliru Adam, and Nasiru Yahaya whose specializes in armed robbery and kidnapping especially in Gusau metropolitan area.
