The Nigeria music industry is about to experience another hit single, by upcoming female most talented singer in Nigeria “Jaypink”. Jaypink who started her musical career back in 2015 is now drawing attentions nationally and internationally by her latest released titled “Home”.
Disclosing this at a media briefing in Lagos, she said she entered the entertainment industry because of her passion for singing, Some of her previous singles, which she titled Bounce, Nija jollof, Na God and several collaboration.
According to Jaypink: “I got my inspiration from musical beats and this helps me to pass a message of hope to the people and my fans, locally and internationally”.
She said: “I started singing when I was a kid, I wrote my first song when I was in primary 4, but I officially started my career in music 2015”.
Simi is my role model, I love her kind of person and her style of music, I love her voice, Simi always has a message to pass, I have a strong desire to have collaboration with her”.
In her remarks, some of the challenges she faced was inadequate funds to push her songs to the world. “The music industry is not helpful. There is so much competition, and no one wants to assist, those already at the top see the upcoming as a threat” she added.
