Yemisi Izuora The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has denied receiving any payments from the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) to purchase refined petroleum products. However it admitted that discussions are ongoing with IPMAN, but that it is misleading to suggest that the Association is experiencing difficulties loading refined products from its refinery, as management of the facility currently has no direct business dealings with them. “Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for any payments made to other entities.” It said in a statement last night.
