The Speaker of the House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, Ph.D has offered warm congratulations to the Governor of Kaduna State, His Excellency, Senator Uba Sani, on the occasion of his 54th birthday on Tuesday, December 31.
